U15 - U16 Teams (2009-10 Birth Years)
Capital Soccer Club will run both male and female teams in the U15/U16 age groups. We will run teams in single age groups if possible with both Premier and Club teams if numbers allow.. Players in our U15/16 teams continue along the path started as U10's in our Youth Academy teams. The move to 11v11 team play is included as we continue work on the technical and tactical instruction which progresses through the age groups based around Capital Soccer Club's comprehensive club wide curriculum.
