All Capital Soccer programs (such as, but not limited to, Sunday clinics, Indoor clinics/schools, indoor leagues, and summer camps)  are non-refundable after a player has registered and paid for a session.  If there are extenuating circumstances that arrive, such as an injury or illness, and a player cannot participate, Capital Soccer may award a credit to attend a future program.  Program credits that are awarded do not expire.  Capital Soccer also does not pro-rate or refund fees due to weather related delays or cancelations.  Credits that are awarded cannot be applied for participating in the Capital Soccer Indoor League.  Credits granted from a Capital Soccer clinic at the Civic Center in Montpelier can be used towards a Capital Socer Summer Camp.  Credits granted from a Capital Soccer Summer Camp can be used towards a Capital Soccer Clinic at the Civic Center in Montpelier.  Credits cannot be placed towards Capital Soccer Club player tuition, a program at Green Mountain Community Fitness, or our Fall U8 or Spring U8 Academy in Waterbury.
